Trainees will appreciate the importance of the role of molecular genetics approaches for the correct classification of heterogeneous disorders such as AML and Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).     <Content>&lt;p&gt;In this unit, we have adopted a flipped instructional model, leveraging technology to provide a flexible learning experience with active participation in both asynchronous and synchronous activities. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The content will be delivered using a variety of materials and modes to engage learners including, audio, video, reading, data analysis, application exercises, formative MCQs, discussion boards. These resources offer students the flexibility to engage with the material at their own pace and convenience.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Complementing the asynchronous content, students will participate in live online events designed to enhance interaction and deepen understanding.
