We focus on the latest advancements in primary analytics tools in business improvement, &amp;nbsp;and quantitative methods such as forecasting, optimization, simulation, and the application of supervised and unsupervised machine learning methods in business process improvement. This module is an "applied" unit that focuses on ways these tools, techniques and systems are used in industry. The unit is very hands-on and students are required to work with quantitative data. R programming language will be used as the main platform to cover analytical models in an "introductory" level. Other software would also be explored such as Excel Solver Add-in, Excel Data Analysis toolbox, SPSS and Power BI.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</Content>
