Starting with a ‘scenario’, student groups will interpret their own issues and questions and examine the resources they need to derive a solution. In this process they will acquire and apply the requisite knowledge from corequisite course units. Introducing students to Enquiry-Based Learning (EBL) through an industry set project will enable them to take on leading roles in their future working environments, direct change, ask important questions, solve problems and develop new knowledge. Students will learn and experience a range of skills relevant to undertaking industry-based projects, encompassing both design and development of systems, team work, in addition to project planning and management.
