The course emphasizes the development of skills to understand and analyse (i) the issues that firms face in operating in international markets and supply chains, and (ii) the emergence and development of business and corporate level international business strategy.</li> <li> To consolidate theories related to internationalisation and business strategy by applying them to practical cases of major international companies. The course is primarily concerned with the higher, strategic level of management decision making in multinational companies in the wider context of globalisation and outsourcing.
