<p>This unit covers fundamental concepts, principles and practices underpinning User Experience (UX) design. This unit equips students with the knowledge and skills to apply principles and practices in UX design in building user-interface design. It prepares students to handle design tasks such as prototyping, testing, evaluating, and monitoring their design against user requirements. The course is delivered in the context of website design . You will learn how to understand user journeys on websites, how to identify and define user pain points and how to develop ideas for design solutions.</p>

<p>The aim of this course unit is to introduce user experience (UX) design to students and provide them with a clear understanding of the nature, principles, and practices in UX design on various user interfaces. </p>
