    <Content>&lt;p&gt;This unit explores the complexities of fashion retail management.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It recognises the challenges facing retailers as competition and challenge increases through new channels, changes in market structures, an intensification of scrutiny, new markets, new entrants, diverse consumer clusters and values, ethical and sustainable demands. These challenges demand strategic clarity and consistency of retailers while simultaneously imposing the need for agility, flexibility and adaptability.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This unit explores strategy and strategic levers. It considers the importance of brand in establishing a clear set of parameters for strategic decision making with respect to consistency, cohesion and competitive advantage. In this context, it will consider the key strategic levers available to retailers, including, product, price, place, physicality, people, process and promotion. In addition to this, it considers the increased importance of sustainability and ethics as well as the key role that data and data analytics plays in strategic management.&lt;/p&gt;</Content>
