The approximate breakdown will be 4 hours of lectures, a half-day field class and 4 hours of laboratory classes.  Extensive material will be available on Blackboard including lecture slides, selected reading material, notes and information relating to the assessments.  In addition there will be TV and radio clips relevant to the course and links to external websites.    0 Other 100% The course unit will be assessed through a 2500 word (max.) group write up of the field and laboratory results (100%).
