    <Content>&lt;p&gt;Students will enrol and attend classes worth the equivalent of 120 credits at a host University overseas. The award of credits from the host University assessments will be based on a grade conversion using the weighted average of the overall marks for the year.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Blackboard will be used for communication with staff at UoM, provision of information and assessment. The unit coordinator will utilise Blackboard to access coursework. Pastoral care will be maintained with students.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;General assistance throughout the unit includes:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;• The provision of comprehensive unit information via Blackboard (unit handbook, documents,podcasts, etc.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;• An opportunity for students to communicate with the unit coordinator/academic advisor by email, telephone, Zoom or visits throughout the placement year.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Transferable skills including cultural awareness and communication will be developed in this unit. Students will be encouraged to reflect on their personal learning and development throughout the year.&lt;/p&gt;</Content>
