    <Content>&lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;There is a state of perpetual change in the fashion and textile industry with each stage in the product development process intrinsically and strategically linked. Management of this process is crucial to its success. Product developers link all of the stages of the processes and need to ensure that there is accurate planning, exact communication and critical thinking with each new product.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Issues will be considered through both team-based work and individual research. Management skills, creative problem solving and interpersonal communication will be developed whilst studying new product development, design and merchandising management, marketing strategy and team relationships, are critical at the strategic level in fashion retail.
