    <Content>&lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;This unit focusses on the application (&amp;lsquo;art&amp;rsquo;) of the theoretical principles (&amp;lsquo;science&amp;rsquo;) within the context of individual teaching practice.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The importance of intelligent curriculum design is explored, based on sound theoretical rationale in relation to key healthcare stakeholders and inter-professional education. &amp;nbsp;Through exploring the literature and comparing experiences with peers, participants will evaluate how different approaches and methods of teaching can be used to enhance learning. Participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their own teaching style, and consider the factors which can influence teaching and learning, from both a learner and educator perspective.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</Content>
