The contents are: </p><ul style="color: rgb(60, 60, 60); font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <li style="margin-left: 29.05pt;"> · IS strategy</li> <li style="margin-left: 29.05pt;"> · Project planning: estimating and scheduling, Microsoft Project</li> <li style="margin-left: 29.05pt;"> · Resourcing a project: procurement and outsourcing</li> <li style="margin-left: 29.05pt;"> · Resourcing a project: human resources and team work</li> <li style="margin-left: 29.05pt;"> · Interpersonal skills for IS project management</li> <li style="margin-left: 29.05pt;"> · Risk management </li> <li style="margin-left: 29.05pt;"> - Monitoring and evaluation </li></ul>
<ul> <li>learn about a range of IS project management issues emerging from the beginning to the end of an IS project cycle</li> <li>develop a range of skills needed in IS project management, including practical skills (Microsoft Project ) and social skills (negotiation, networking, managing suppliers and clients)</li></ul><p> </p>
