    <Content>&lt;p&gt;The unit begins with an analysis of new organisations within different development contexts. Based on a number of frameworks for understanding organisational change, it then analyses a series of organisational change strategies &amp;ndash; business process re-engineering, outsourcing, customer orientation, knowledge management and empowerment.&amp;nbsp; For each strategy, there is analysis of case studies drawn from public, private and third sectors, which highlight the positive and negative impacts of change, and critically evaluates the implementation methods used.&lt;/p&gt;</Content>
