    <Content>&lt;p&gt;This course provides the foundation for level 2 ensemble performance studies, consisting of &lt;strong&gt;both &lt;/strong&gt;of the following options:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;Conducting&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You will attend a series of workshops on instrumental conducting, choral conducting and skills related to conducting. You will learn rehearsal skills and how to prepare scores, and you will develop your conducting technique in preparation for short assessed performances.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;Jazz ensemble&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You will attend a series of workshops in which you will learn to perform in a large jazz ensemble. You will gain experience in repertoire, arrangement, rehearsal processes and improvisation. Your studies will culminate in an assessed performance for which you will prepare, as a group, a set of pieces that showcase your newly acquired skills and repertoire.&lt;/p&gt;</Content>
