You first learn about the broader institutional setting and property markets within a specific country and, the real estate investment and development context of your fieldtrip location. Given its hands on approach, industry-led activities, and real life applicability this module provides networking opportunities with an eye for students’ employability.<br><br>The core activity in the module is a fieldtrip to a specific global city, including: &nbsp;<br>• introduction to the country and city property markets focusing on both investment and development&nbsp;<br>• academic lectures (building up knowledge towards the fieldtrip)&nbsp;<br>• practitioner led talks and presentations &nbsp;<br>• site visits and study tours &nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p> <p>This module gives you the opportunity to analyse real estate markets and, study property investment and development in global cities.
